TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals or legal entities, national or foreign, who access, use, and subscribe to the services provided and the use of the services offered by ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC, through the website mediquia.com.mx.

Any person wishing to access, subscribe, or use the Site or the Services may do so subject to these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, together with all other policies and principles governing www.liai.com.mx.

1. Legal Capacity

The Services are only available to individuals who have the legal capacity to contract. Minors or those lacking such legal capacity may not use them. Any person registering a User on behalf of a company must have the legal authority to contract on behalf of that entity.

2. Registration and Use of the Site

Completing the registration form with valid information in all fields is mandatory to become an authorized User of ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC (the “User” or “Member”).

  • Users guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.
  • Each user may only have one active account on the platform.
  • ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC may suspend accounts if fraudulent use or false information is detected.

3. Amendments to the Agreement

ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will take effect 10 days after publication on the site.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Fees will be calculated according to the chosen plan and charged automatically.
  • Clients may cancel or change their plan at any time, except for already billed periods.
  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, including trademarks, texts, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC or its licensors, and may not be used without prior authorization.

7. Liability of ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC

Continuous and error-free access to the site is not guaranteed. ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC shall not be held liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from the use of the site.

8. Information Security and Personal Data

ADARA GROUP INTERNATIONAL LLC implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect its clients’ personal data, in compliance with applicable legislation.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

10. Arbitration Clause

In case of a dispute, the parties will attempt an amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
